eDelivery Note
An effortless way to confirm every delivery, see exactly what's on each truck and get paid faster. eDelivery Note turns every shipment into a paperless, real-time record from packed goods to signed proof of delivery, connecting shippers, carriers and recipients to a single source of truth.

An eDelivery Note is the digital version of the traditional paper delivery note (also known as electronic proof of delivery, ePOD or eLieferschein), documenting goods shipped from supplier to customer.
It turns every goods handover into a real-time digital handshake, enabling recipients to confirm deliveries and flag discrepancies at pallet or item level in seconds. As part of the Digital Transport Documents suite, it is legally compliant and eFTI-ready, capturing sender and recipient details, item information, quantities and tracking data, giving you instant proof of delivery and live visibility into what’s on each truck.
Challenges our solution solves
Paper-based chaos
The reliance on physical paper delivery notes leads to documents getting lost, damaged or scattered across systems, making it difficult to have a complete view of all deliveries.
Flying blind
There's a significant gap between goods being shipped and actual confirmation of receipt. Businesses often operate blind, lacking real-time insight into what was received, if it was accurate or if there were any issues.
Payment issues
Without clear delivery proof, invoicing slows down and payments are delayed. Disagreements waste time for finance, logistics and customer service teams.
Lost productivity and frustrated drivers
Paperwork and language barriers slow down handovers. Drivers wait at loading docks while teams search for missing documents or clarify instructions, creating avoidable delays across the supply chain.
Not ready for regulation
Scanned PDFs and custom-built apps aren't prepared for the EU's shift to digital freight documents (eFTI). When authorities ask for documents at the border or dock, everything comes to a halt.
Key features
Custom templates in your language
Use the template wizard to tailor each delivery note to your business needs and create it in your preferred language, rather than being limited to a standard format or default language.
No login, no app
Easy for anyone to use through QR codes, SMS and email links in 21+ languages, no technical knowledge needed.
Real-time shipment visibility
Built on a shipment model that mirrors how goods are packed and moved, teams see exactly which pallets, units and items are in transit so they can plan and act before the truck arrives.

Discrepancy reporting
Document exceptions at item/pallet level with details and evidence for accurate dispute management.
Status tracking & clear responsibility
Every status change, Ready for Pick Up, In Transit, Handover, Completed is timestamped, marking each transfer of responsibility from shipper to carrier to recipient.
Returnable asset tracking
Manage pallets and roll-cages as part of the handover, automating exchange and documentation.
Standards-based & interoperable
Uses GS1/EANCOM standards and works with other digital transport documents like eCMR for a full paperless experience.
eFTI-ready & compliant storage
Stay ahead of the EU's move to digital freight documents, with legally valid records kept for 6–10 years and accessible for audits.

Benefits
Instant Confirmation & Faster Payments
Receive delivery confirmations immediately from recipients, accelerating payment cycles and invoicing for exactly what arrived.
Real-Time Visibility & Operational Control
See exactly what's on each truck, monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and resolve exceptions before they become claims.
Reduced Disputes & Costs
Track discrepancies transparently in real time, minimizing administrative work, credit notes and legal complications.
Compliance & Auditability
Maintain legally valid, archived digital records aligned to EU eFTI standards eliminating physical document checks and future-proofing your transport process.
Easy to Use
Recipients and drivers confirm deliveries on any mobile device via a simple link or QR code, no downloads or accounts needed ensuring quick adoption even for non-technical users.
Cross Network Impact
Provides a documented checkpoint at delivery, works with eCMR and links businesses of all sizes to the digital supply chain without requiring system changes.
How it works

- Create your delivery note template: Use the template wizard to tailor the document to your process, choose the information you need and create it in your native language.
- Shipment created automatically: The moment goods are packed, your ERP/WMS sends an advance shipping notice (DESADV/ASN) that creates a digital shipment—complete with shipping units, line items, quantities and delivery references. No manual entry.
- Shared with the driver, no app needed: Send the delivery link by QR code, SMS or email. The driver just picks a language and opens it in any browser – the shipment moves to Ready for Pick Up.
- Pick-up confirmed: The driver confirms the loaded units, flags any findings or rejections and signs where required. The shipment moves to In Transit and carrier responsibility begins.
- Handover at destination: On arrival, the driver hands the goods over to the recipient – carrier responsibility ends and goods are ready for receiving and inspection.
- Inspection & discrepancy capture: The recipient accepts or rejects goods at pallet or line-item level, adding reason codes and photos for any deviation – so records match exactly what arrived.
- Completion & proof of delivery: The recipient completes and signs the shipment. Every status change is timestamped, creating a legally valid, eFTI-ready record that flows straight back to your systems to speed up invoicing.
