The TrANSPOREON solution

Digital Transport Documents

Connected. Compliant. Ready.

Transporeon's Digital Transport Documents (DTD) solution is one solution to share data across every party collaborating on a transport document — adding, providing and approving information — on one network, with every partner, at zero friction.

What makes it unique

One workflow, two standards — eCMR and DeCA created from the shipment order

Compliant & secure across the EU, with signatures, versions and proof that stay audit-ready

Electronic signatures and QR-code sharing for drivers and authorities

Directly connect or integrate with existing systems (e.g., ERP)

Advanced goods checks — record damage, seal numbers and item-level findings, even if not visible to all parties

The unified workflow

Shipment

Digital document created

Carrier & driver access and sign digitally

Authorities access the document for inspection

Recipient receives goods and signs on glass

Document automatically available for invoicing & compliance

Bridging eCMR to Spain's DeCA

Transporeon extended its eCMR foundation to meet Spanish DeCA requirements by:

Adding Tax ID data (NIF/CIF) for all contractual parties

Auto-generating a "Control Document" (digital + PDF) for roadside inspections

Enabling separate registration fields for tractor and trailers

Supporting mid-journey vehicle swaps (real-time plate updates)

Including fields for traffic authorizations / permits (restricted or oversized shipments)

Automating the exact "Date of Transport" as a distinct legal field

Ensuring observations and reservations are captured and archived

The Transporeon DTD–eCMR solution fits all DeCA validity requirements (PDF/A, online + QR access, prior domain registration) and can therefore replace the DeCA functionally — helping companies avoid implementing parallel systems.
