RFT combined clean master data from Trimble TruckMate TMS, customized navigation in Trimble CoPilot for B-doubles and local laws and gain real-time visibility via Trimble Freight Visibility, all while tracking fleet health and availability through Trimble TMT Fleet Maintenance, to turn their operational complexity into a data-driven advantage.
RFT is now able to consistently meet its ambitious service goals, ensure operational safety and maximise fleet efficiency. The operations team can proactively manage exceptions, leveraging high-quality data to make on-the-spot decisions. This level of control allows RFT to instantly communicate with customers and update their ETAs within 15 minutes of a critical event, such as a changeover.
Furthermore, the data collected from the connected systems feeds RFT's internal driver scoring and fuel economy programs, strengthening their focus on safety and sustainability. Using this intelligence, RFT has seen drivers save an average of 34 minutes per day by avoiding specific traffic zones. This collective precision ensures RFT consistently achieves its benchmark of 99.7% on-time pickup and delivery.
