Driver Retention Analytics
The solution is designed to fight the high risk of driver turnover among carriers, which remains among the highest and most costly barriers to effective transportation. With two core components and algorithms designed based on real-world, industry experience, Driver Analytics is focused on ways you can limit driver turnover. Beginning with a scoring system, Driver Analytics identifies not only the drivers most likely to voluntarily leave a carrier in the next 28 days, but also why they are at risk, providing fleets the time needed to act and avoid a departure. Going one step further, the system is connected to a remediation platform in the TMS that provides coaching opportunities that empower carriers with the knowledge they need to act on and prevent driver departure.

Fuel Information Exchange (FIX) for Carriers
A Fuel Dispatch add-on capability connecting two or more companies using Trimble FuelTMS. Exchanges order and order status updates between systems automatically. Fuel wholesalers can enter orders in their Trimble system, assign a carrier and the order can be automatically generated in the carrier’s Trimble system. If a carrier is managing sites for the wholesaler, orders created by the carrier are mirrored in the partner’s Trimble system. Carrier version.
Fuel Information Exchange (FIX) for Distributors
A Fuel Dispatch add-on capability connecting two or more companies using TMW Fuel TMS. Exchanges order and order status updates between systems automatically. Fuel wholesalers can enter orders in their TMW system, assign a carrier and the order can be automatically generated in the carrier’s TMW system. If a carrier is managing sites for the wholesaler, orders created by the carrier are mirrored in the partner’s TMW system. Distributor version.
Titan Cloud Integration for Fuel Retailers
TMW.Suite Fuel Dispatch is now integrated with Titan Cloud Software, an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and compliance platform for thousands of retail locations across the U.S., for access to Titan’s high-frequency fuel inventory and alarm data coupled with remote automatic tank gauge (ATG) management tools and advanced wetstock solutions to maximize tank uptime.
FuelQuest PCATS Import
Interface for Fuel Dispatch to import PCATS file formats for the Order Forecaster module. Fully automates generation of fuel transport orders, supports target amounts while maximizing cargo.

Tank Strapping Import
This tool allows the details of the physical tank to be imported directly into Trimble Fuel to determine accurate tank capacity and inventory reconciliation. Doing so allows the system to accommodate changes in tank capacity caused by damages or repairs. More accurate tank strappings, and more so the use of it in measuring and planning fuel inventory levels and dispatch based on actual tank capacity, results in more accurate shipment details and more reliable processes when filling the tank.
Degree Day Forecasting
Degree Day Forecasting for Trimble Fuel Dispatch enables home heating haulers to include outdoor temperature considerations in calculating inventory needs for their customers. As the temperature drops, Degree Day Forecasting accounts for the changes through integrations to multiple weather systems, and in turn forecasts heating needs to more accurate determine delivery requirements and more proactively serve the end customer.
