The journey from selecting to successfully implementing a Cloud solution is a structured yet adaptable process. Integration of data streams, training of staff and aligning the new system with existing processes are all key.
Technical assessment and data integration
During this phase, technical teams and IT specialists from both the company and the solution provider work together to assess the company's current technology, plan how the new system will fit in, and move the company's data into the new system. This process results in a plan for connecting the systems and ensures the data is moved over and backed up.


Solution configuration and training
The solution provider's implementation team and the company's project team work together to configure the new system to match the company’s specific processes and workflows. Following configuration, trainers from the solution provider equip the company's end-users and IT staff with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the system and handle basic troubleshooting, resulting in a fully configured solution ready for testing and proficient users.
Pilot and deployment
The implementation process includes a pilot phase, where a select group of end-users, project team members, and support staff from the solution provider validate the solution's functionality in a live environment to gather feedback and identify any necessary adjustments. Following the pilot, the solution is rolled out in Full Deployment across the entire organization, with ongoing support from the solution provider, ensuring the solution is fully operational and integrated into daily business processes.


Ongoing review and optimization
The implementation process concludes with a crucial phase dedicated to monitoring the solution's performance and making continuous improvements to ensure it remains aligned with the company’s evolving needs and continues to deliver value over time. This involves collaboration between the company’s review team, IT staff, and the solution provider’s support team to identify areas for enhancement and implement them proactively.
