Getting everything set up was a team effort, with Trimble's crew offering support with a seamless integration.

“One of the challenges was to make sure everyone who needed to understand the system was brought up to speed. This was especially important for a team member who’s handling all the modeling,” Stammel explained. “We quickly started training on day one, then worked with the Trimble team for about five weeks.”

After implementation, Appian Direct Route became the go-to resource for how TQ Logistics runs their DCC services, helping them manage and track their assets in real time, keep routes running smoothly and coordinate operations.

Appian Resource Pro came in handy for figuring out the right-sized service for their clients’ fleets and making their proposals as clear as possible with detailed visuals.
