With the implementation of Trimble solutions alongside Domo BI, combined via Trimble's SaaS integrations, TDR has achieved significant operational and financial improvements. Inventory costs were reduced from $12.92 million pesos ($642,111.08 USD) to $9.75 million pesos ($484,565.25 USD), resulting in a savings of $3.17 million pesos ($157,495.34 USD). Monthly expenses also saw a substantial decrease, dropping from an average of $8.1 million pesos in 2022 to $6.5 million pesos in 2023, equaling a 20% reduction. The company's fleet health improved by seven points, as they shifted their focus to preventive maintenance rather than more costly corrective measures.

In terms of operations, TDR successfully decreased the amount or work completed but not invoiced from 54 million pesos ($268,053,26.33 USD) with an 85-day lag to 34.7 million pesos ($1,724,555.30 USD) with a 69-day lag, thanks to the actionable insights gained through Domo analysis of data collected and organized in Trimble solutions.
