Every week, the RFK Racing Show Car division’s destinations change.

A dealership in one city, a corporate sponsor's headquarters in another, a multi-block fan festival the week after that. But whether Moore is pulling the 28-foot single-car trailer or the 43-foot two-car hauler, he's working with length, width and weight a passenger-car driver doesn't carry.

A consumer GPS app won't warn a driver about a narrow street, a low-clearance bridge or a restricted-weight road until he's already on it.

Then there are the variables no app knows about until they happen.

I need a two-lane road to make a right or left hand turn. Come to find out, they got a street closed off because they got a water main break or something. So now I have to go to Plan B.
